I saw this on facebook earlier today. So what I needed to see. I have really slacked off this week. I only got 1 run in. That’s not good. I need to keep on getting runs in, even if I don’t feel like it. Tomorrow starts a new week, and a new attitude. I’ve got to get out there, even if I don’t feel like it. Once I get started and get into a groove, it’s fine. It’s the getting out there that does me in.
